Nude Gay Lodging, a web site to find accomodations for male nudists and friends. But extremely amateuristic, looks much like a hobby project of someone.

The Lotus Tree in the Avignon area: Clothing optional.
Cinq & Sept in Roujan, close to Montpellier and Narbonne. CLothibg-optional swimming pool, gay only during most of the season. * La Connexion, more towards Cannes. B&B of Mark and Ömer who also run GaySail.
La Mariette in 31230 Ambax, close to Toulouse, somehwat towards Lannemezan. Nudity allowed in some areas.
Le Vieux Donjon, one hour from Paris. Clothing-optional swimming pool and hammam.
Maison d'hôtes la source du Ventoux near Carpentras (not found on the map, and probably only one room)
Villa Ragazzi gay only resort and spa, close to Nimes.
Villa Bacchus in the Provence
Mas Pitras: Not clear if this is gay or stil exists, but found a few times on a profile of DJ LeoMeo. Close to Tarascon.
Romeo profile Naturist_days offers bed and breakfast in Pierremont-sur-Amance, between Epinal and Dijon.

Seem to be closed:

Mas de Pougnadoresse, in Vallabreques, in between Avignon and Nîmes. Hammam and clothing-optional swimming pool. The web site has disappeard so the place may be closed or is no longer aiming at gay travelers. There are still sites where you can make a reservation and there are recent reviews. ()
La Villa Loca near Montpellier. Website dead and reported closed on
Les Gaillards: Closed and sold after health problems of the owners. ()

CLOSED: Altenau, Harz: Hotel-Pension Haus Waldfrieden and Club-Sauna Waldfrieden: In the Harz. ) (Other web site hotel. Unfortunately this is the wrong side of the Harz for the Naturistenstieg.
Berlin hotels/hostels:

- TWO Hotel Berlin by Axel, heterofriendly, a bit pricey (Schöneberg)
- ArtHotel Connection, hetero-friendly (2 SM-rooms if these still exist) (Schöneberg)
Berlin private B&B:
- Romeo profile "Bumspank": In Charlottenburg, likely Guerickenstraße 39. FKK household which is nice, but is also into women. Roughly 3.5 km from the gay area.
München: Hotel Deutsche Eiche

Connection Guesthouse in Budapest. Not sure anymore where I found this as it certainly doesn't advertise anymore as a gay place.

Amalfi coast: Romeo profile seriox advertised his B&B on the Amalfi cost in a Romeo group.
Como: Locanda Milano 1873 found via a message in a Romeo group by Workerbloke.

San Juan: Cocui del Mar with clothing-optional ground floor (but very expensive).

Zeeland, aansluitend bij Meetjesland: Romeo profile shipspotter2 often adverises his B&B in a Romeo group.
