Since I am at "Vocab unlocked 进去 ", I assume that the first sentence 你先进饭店去, 然后我们再说。is also grammatically correct with 进去 instead of 进 i.e., 你先进去饭店去, 然后我们再说。Is there a difference in meaning ?

Right! Except it should be something more like: "你先进去这家饭店, 然后我们再说" (can't have two 去‘s like that)

Thanks! Sorry about asking too many questions recently. I am finally getting the structure of Mandarin sentences. I can't stop myself from trying to move around the parts to see if they still remain grammatically correct.

This is where Luke and Phil talked about your question in the Mandarin Blueprint Podcast:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NPBPqr2ePbY&t=2390s

Regarding the following sentence, 他进去后再没出来, could I not instead say 他进去后还没出来?
If I can, what would be the difference between 再 and 还?
Using 还 just seems more comfortable to say "he still hasn't come out".

Both work fine grammatically, but are different meanings. 再 means "again" as in "he went in and didn't come/never came out again", and 还 means "still", as in "still hasn't come out".
