The 'at least' translates to 2 different things in English. Example, it's 'at least I have a kitten' and not 'I have at least one kitten' and 'I have at least one question' rather than 'at least I have a question'.
Is it the placement of 至少 being before / after the subject (I), or is it a different reason?
