Usage 1 - "to hear":
*Sentence：
你能听见我说话吗？
English:
Can you hear what I’m saying?
Sentence：
我听见他在骂人。
English:
I hear he’s yelling at someone.
Top-Down Words:
骂人 màrén - yelling at people
Sentence：
一有事要做，他们就装听不见。
English:
As soon as there is work to be done, they pretend that they can't hear.
Top-Down Words:
