Hi! In 你收到我送你的勺子没?Is the 没 a kind of "tag question? Like "or no?" or "or not?"

It functions the exact same way as 吗 in that it indicates a yes or no question. The only difference between 没 and 吗 is that 没 would never be used at the end of a sentence in a formal context, it's very spoken.
