借 in Context

Usage 1 - "to borrow": 

*Sentence:

您今天借我的书,我从来没看过。 

English:

The book you borrowed from me today, I've never read it.


Usage 2 - "to lend":

*Sentence:

我借你几千块。

English:

I'll lend you a few thousand yuan.

Can 我借你几千块 mean both 'I'll lend you a few thousand' and 'I'll borrow a few thousand from you' without context? Or would the latter be said a bit differently?
