I'm a bit curious about this sentence. Do you know why it used "expensive 贵" and "surname 姓" together?

贵 is placed before personal information like this as a sign of respect. I would assume because it's saying your "valuable/expensive" + name/company. That's right you also will hear “贵公司” to mean "Your company"

I heard you use the word 宝贵 (valuable) . Why is the character order like this and not 贵宝?

Hey Andy, I don't know the etymology of why 宝 precedes 贵, but I can see that this word is the "parallel structure 并列式" that we covered in Phase 2 (here's the lesson: D:\Courses\Mandarin Blueprint\Course/phase-2-vocabulary-levels-7-12/categories/3445923/posts/16256750.html).

If you review that lesson I'm sure you'll get a sense of what the word might have developed this way.
