Overview

The Topology Manager is the user interface that opens when you start Control Expert with the appropriate license. It lets you engineer control systems that contain several PACs and provides additional functionality.

Control Expert Editor is the name given to Control Expert Classic that opens inside the Topology Manager when you edit the control project of a Modicon PAC controller. Certain configuration parameters and commands are now unavailable in the editor. You need to configure the corresponding attributes and use the corresponding commands in the Topology Manager instead.
