Can you help me understand how this sentences translates into 'Do you have any...' instead of 'What good study methods do you have'? Or are they one in the same?
你有什么好的学习方法
Can it also be 你有没有好的学习方法？Or would this express a different meaning?

I think it's because 什么 can mean both "what" and "some".
