The Control Expert configuration tabs are available after you have configured these:

local rack (including a 140CRP31200 remote I/O head module)
Ethernet remote I/O drop (including a 140CRA31200 or BMXCRA312•0 remote I/O adapter module)

NOTE: The adapter module (140CRA31200 or BMXCRA312•0) automatically receives an IP address. To maintain unique addressing on the network, keeping and using the auto-assigned IP addresses is generally considered a good practice.
