Can you explain the difference between 帮忙 and 帮助? They both seem to mean "help," and it also seems to be possible to just use 帮 by itself. So: 帮助我， 帮忙我，帮我.

You mention that 帮忙 gives the option to be more specific and in that case it fits something in between the 2 characters. So what about when it's used without anything in between? Is it be used the same than 帮 and 帮助 as verbs? Can we actually say 帮忙我?
