Seems like a soldier 士 during flag ceremony singing bravely his national anthem without any background music. He makes up for it by striking the flagpole 尸 with a small stick 丨 with the beat in his heart singing with a loud VOICE.

Sean Connery (sh-) is outside the entrance at the MSU Engineering Blgd (-eng) when a vicious battle starts to take place between the Winter Solider (士) and a zombie 🧟‍♂️ (尸) the only SOUND or TONE the zombie makes is uhhhhh, mmmmm, arggggg. It frustrates the Winter Solider so much that he takes the money kings staff (丨) and thrusts it through the zombie skull crushing his vocal cords all together…great…no more VOICE for your silly NOISES now.
