Pick a prop to represent 

Typewriter. This character is a formal character that essentially just means “and”, but if you were to say “as well as” it sounds more formal. Formal writing was more popular in the past compared to present day, so most people writing “as well as” instead of “and” would have been using typewriters!

Based on the appearance,... a duck, a seapiper, a seagull, a pelican, ....
I'm going to use a pelican. Lots of fun stuff can be pulled from his mouth to be used in movie scenes.

I see half a masquerade mask on the right. The short horizontal stroke on the top looks like one eye, and the longer horizontal stroke at the bottom looks like a staight smile.
