This prop has within it a prop I had already assigned to a cane. I am going with Willy Wonka, the OG Gene Wilder version, because of the iconic first scene in which he appears walking the pathway in front of the factory, tapping his cane.

I think I already have a dancer somewhere. Going with an old time traveling vacuum salesman

Petteri Nakamura

An evil task master with a baton that he uses to beat his subjects to produce more. Just imagine the worst "management by Perkele" boss you have ever had, armed with a baton, and you're set. Can you feel the gentle tap of the baton?
By the way, that's a Finish word for Devil and this quote sums up the management philosophy:

“If something isn’t happening quickly enough, it is necessary for the top managers to slam their fists on the table and yell, ‘Perkele!’ Repeatedly, if necessary.”

Initially I thought of a woodpecker for the tapping/knocking- kinda looks like it! Then I thought of the old Woody Woodpecker cartoons. Super memorable character/prop for me!
