I'm not American so I don't really know the Constitution and I'm not too familiar with the Magna Carta.
I think I'll go with Ellen Page! She's a well-known actress, don't think I've used her as a pinyin letter.

Well, the picture is more close if you're German. Toilettenpapier (toilet tissue) is a long sequence of individual "Blätter" (which is plural for "Blatt" - which is a "page")
