Ok, I will take a stab at this. Shelley, my Xi actress, is busy practising Kung Fu with a Samurai sword outside my childhood home entrance. It is getting dark since it is becoming evening and she is frustrated since she can't see a thing. Up walks Mr Spock with special eyedrops he brought along from outer space. He drops it in her eyes and she suddenly can see in the dark, so she can keep on practising in the evening.
