What a lot of talk really, but no matter how strange it reads (btw what you are about to read is even weirder) there is just a kernel of truth in it, there is something in the offing and within everyone's reach and takes place daily without that we are aware, those under the influence of anything are more susceptible to it without realizing it, but all that use is unnecessary and carries risks other than being known, because who, what, is letting you all inadvertently inside that we don't know about yet. It is a person's own. I think all it takes is;

as far as you can, dare to be honest,
don't be ashamed of yourself, your past,
don't be surprised if it happens,
and use sufficient empathy, imagination (believing that it is possible)

The latter does make you doubt because it doesn't seem more than that, but you just have to find a way to take it away, because it's just always there. To test that out, I think you should;

looking for someone closest to you,
just vent your heart
and ensure that both parties draw the same conclusions from the material (i.e. both focus well on the topic being discussed and do not get distracted)

Then you are already half way, if you go for it completely then I hope that after not too many attempts you will experience a relief that actually lets you know that the time has come, the rest will come naturally, as long as you are aware of. Anyway, those are my speculations because I just can't remove that doubt, so do what you want with it and maybe we'll hear each other again, but rather in this life...
