Prices are in euro, per week and valid under restriction of interim alterations.
20% of the total rent is to be payed in advance to the letter.
The cleaning (beginning and end) is included in the rent, as the changing of bed clothes and towels twice a week.
The prices include water, gas and electricity, wi-fi, unless the consumption is unusual or when differently mentioned in the reservation agreement.
The deposit of €250 will be asked at the arrival. The deposit will be refunded afterwards and possible damages will be deducted.
Be careful: Entrance can be refused if the villa is occupied by more people than originally told.
