Access the Page

Access the DNP3 Client Configuration web page through the SETUP tab for the BMENOR2200H module (SETUP > MENU > RTU PROTOCOL CONFIGURATION > DNP3 Client Configuration).

Parameters

Find these parameters and settings on the on the DNP3 Client Configuration web page:

Parameter

Description

Channel Name

This is the name of the selected channel.

Enable TLS

Select (check) this box to enable TLS.

Deselect (uncheck) this box to disable TLS.

Secure Authentication

SAv2

SAv5

Disabled

Enable Aggressive Mode

Select (check) this box to enable aggressive mode.

Deselect (uncheck) this box to disable aggressive.

Current User

Click the Select button to open the Current User dialog box to define the active user.

NOTE: You can click the Key Management link in the Current User dialog box to go directly to the DNP3 Key Management web page.

Advanced Settings

Click the Configure button to open the Advanced Settings dialog box and configure these parameters:
  • GENERAL AUTHENTICATION PARAMETERS

  • SAV2/SAV5 PARAMETERS

NOTE: There are several parameters in the Advanced Settings dialog box. Click the information icon (i) to the right of any parameter field to see a description of the acceptable values.

Submit

Click this button to apply the modifications to the selected channel.

Add Channel

Click this button to open the Add Channel dialog box on which you can create an additional channel using the above-listed parameters. Click the OK button to add an entry to the table (with the new User Name).

Limitations

The BMENOR2200H module does not support multiple RTU protocol instances.

Execute Changes

After you configure any of these parameters, press the Apply button in the page banner to implement your changes.
NOTE: The Apply and Discard buttons are disabled (grayed out) when the configuration is not valid.
