最近几年，中国的变化很大。以前，出国的中国人很多；现在来中国的外国人很多。有些中国人出国以后，会很想吃中国菜，这些东西在国外吃不到。所以以前出去了就不会回中国了的那些人，现在只是出国去玩玩儿，玩儿完以后还是会想回中国来。这是因为中国有了很大的进步，所以很多人发现中国真的是很好！

How to Use This Lesson

Step One

Watch the video here on the course platform. Feel free to take as much time as you'd like to understand the content, but don't feel obligated to understand the text right now fully. You'll download the video and return to it later. 

Step Two

Download the zip file from the sidebar (desktop/laptop) or below this description (Mobile APP). That zip file contains the following:

• Text tracking video(s) MP4 file(s)
• Audio MP3 file(s)
• Image file of the text & top-down words for your reference

Dialogues contain one text-tracking video file at 80% speed followed by native speed. 

Opinions & Short Stories contain two text tracking video files, one female voice, and one male voice. Both start at 80% speed, followed by native speed.

Step Three

At a time of your choosing, use the video files to practice shadowing. If you need a reminder, this lesson explains how to shadow. These video files are ideal for shadowing, especially if you download them to your phone because you can walk around while doing it.

BTW, for the ones who're interested. To put these MP3s on my mobile and into my podcast-player I have the following work-flow:

1) Download the mp3 on my local computer
2) Move the mp3 into a Dropbox-folder
3) On my Android-mobile I use "Podcast Addict". It has a nice feature to create a podcast-stream from any audio-files in a particular folder.
4) I either setup offline-access for my DropBox-folder (the one with the mp3-files) or copy the mp3 to a local folder
5) Setup a virtual podcast for the content of this folder (either of them).
Now I do have a nice list of audio files. I can play them like a playlist, repeat individual episodes multiple times, reduce the speed, select particular audios into a separate playlist, etc.
