The top part of this character we will considerer a new prop, and we’ll call it Winston Churchill, for he was known to wear TOP HATS and have lots of quotable things to say out of his MOUTH.
When used in its full form, make the famous Chinese basketball player Yao Ming, because he’s just so darn TALL.

My preference for objects rather than people (so they don't get confused with actors): a pair of stilts.

For 亠 口: Slash (Guns 'n Roses), Penguin (Batman), Dr. Teeth (Muppets), or the Mad Hatter (either from Alice in Wonderland or from Batman).

亠口 prop - Abraham Lincoln, also known for his top hat and his quotes!

I went with Taipei 101. For the looks and because it is TALL.

For 亠 I also chose a beret, so for 亠口 I guess I'll just imagine a stereotypical French person. As for 高, I finally get to use that one tall friend of mine.

Churchill would have been perfect for the 亠口 prop except that I chose a beret instead of a top hat for 亠. Thus, I'll use Monica Lewinsky for 亠口 as she's one of only a few famous beret wearers. The mouth association works too.
