Shape reminds me of Crow T. Robot from MST3K. Which, arguably, is about "historical" films; so maybe I can get partial credit for matching the meaning too.

I'll use the time-traveling phone booth that Bill and Ted used to bring back famous historical figures for their history report.

I used a Marble Bust because of the link between visual history and the character shape. For me the bust can be any historical character, which gives me a bit of latitude when adding to my future HMM scenes. The problem with using Julius Caesar as the prop is that it may confuse with the choices I've gone so far with scene actors.(Gods/famous leaders) Being made of a block of marble makes it more identifyable as a physical prop.

One of my interests when watching those historical series is to read widely about the various people and events and what really happened. In doing so, I often come across the historian Sima Qian. According to Yellow Bridge dictionary, this character is also the one used as "title of an official historian in ancient China". Obviously, my prop will be Sima Qian checking off two points on that character.
