Queen Elizabeth is in the kitchen of my childhood home. She is telling me a funny story from her past. "Picture this, I was in Thailand, doing a ceremonial opening of a rice field. I was standing on a box so that my feet wouldn't be in the water, in front of the red ribbon, ready to cut it, but then realized that no one had given me a pair of scissors with which to do it. Finally, someone came up with a razor and it had to do. I reached out, just about to cut the ribbon, and a FISH jumped out of the water, took the ribbon in his mouth, and pulled it down into the water! I was so shocked, I jumped backwards and fell into the water myself!" She giggled along with me but then I had to admit, "Guess what we're having for lunch?" She replied, "FISH?" I nodded and we both started laughing again.

I learnt this word a long time ago when using another course. To me it always looked like someone casting a net over water to catch fish. Not sure I’ll be able to change that. It’s pretty stuck in my head.
