The best way is to imagine a person using the word in some situation as accurately as you can. For me, these are very broad terms for generally referring to "some single thing" or "some things", so how about typing "random objects and getting a picture of that. Or for 某个, picking a random flower in a bunch of identical flowers, or (more specific for me) that scene from toy story where one of the toy aliens gets chosen by "the claw" lol
