Bart Simpson needs to use the bathroom in my childhood home. It's really urgent. But the door is locked and there's this stop-sign in front of the door. Why? And a broom is nearby. He needs to tidy up? What? He takes the broom, makes a STEP forward and now he can open the door. STEP by STEP he now cleans up his way to the bowl.

Beast is in the backyard of my childhood home. He is playing "Mother May I" with my three sisters and I. I am the mother, and every time that Beast asks if he can take a STEP I put on a big smile, say "No!" and hold up a big stop sign.

I have been waiting to see how the bottom of this character will be handled in the course. This is a funny character because the Japanese, and the old Chinese version too, does include the penultimate stroke. 歩.
I would love to know what they were looking to gain simplifying it by leaving out one stroke

That's so perfect because my prop for 少 is Dick Van Dyke and he sings a song called 'Step in Time' :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4I-b_GJ4ltk

Location: Childhood Home (Backyard)
Actor: Black Mask (Jet Li's character from the movie Black Mask)
Props: Stop Sign and Matt Damon from Good Will Hunting
I'm in the backyard with the Black Mask and Matt Damon as they are rehearsing for the new action movie they are starring in. They are doing a scene where they have to walk step by step in unison, but Matt Damon is carrying a stop sign and he has his broom so he is much slower. They keep having to redo the scene because Matt Damon keeps missing several steps since he is not as fast as the Black Mask.Mandarin Blueprint

Bugs Bunny is in my childhood home backyard trying to find a safe place to hide a diamond (少). He settles on a saguaro cactus (止) and buries the diamond below it. This is the final step in a long process to protect his assets.
(With thanks to Jon Lim for the diamond idea)

Bugs Bunny BU is teaching a hornless white rhinocerous (Shao) to dance. The rhino is unsurprisingly clumsy. Many poor steps are taken. With every misstep Bugs holds up a stop sign. Bugs sings "step in time, step in time" from Mary Poppins.

Baloo is in the garden of my childhood home. he is stopped (top component is a stop barrier) in his tracks and simply can’t take another STEP (KW) as he sees a one-winged penguin (bottom component) snowboarding, He says “I’ve never seen a one-winged penguin able to snowboard!”
