安全 sounds a bit like the "achoo" noise we make when we sneezy (when you've got a cold and are *completely* knocked out).

For 完美， an image of signs being held up scoring a PERFECT 10. Older generation may also remember 14 Nadia Comaneci scoring a first-ever PERFECT 10 in the 1976 Montreal Olympics.
For 完全， it is so common to see a green checkmark online for tasks that are done COMPLETELY, that I had to use that icon.
