From Zermatt Train station

Take the free e-bus from the train station to the bus stop "SPISS".  Either use the green line (2 stops, first stop at the supermarket Denner), the red line (1 stop) or take a taxi and ask "Haus Rossignol".

From the bus stop to the entrance

The Rossignol B building is located at the entrance to the village and is one of four residential buildings in the Spiss district of Zermatt. Below the residential buildings there are craft businesses premises and a parking garage. To go to the house B, you need to enter through the artisanal area, go up one floor (through house C) and go to house B (see picture below).

From anywhere in Switzerland to Zermatt

As Zermatt is car-free, we recommend you to take the train as a first choice
From most cities in Switzerland, train is the most convenient way to get to Zermatt. Furthermore, you won't have bad surprises with traffic, will avoid additional parking fees.

Your pieces of luggage, bicycle  or ski equipment can be brought in advance to train stations of major cities in Switzerland and you receive everything delivered directly in Zermatt train station 
(see luggage registration), normally CHF 12 per piece.

If you come by car, you have to park it in Täsch and take the train to Zermatt. We advise you reserve a parking in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.
