a slot in the Quantum rack (local or RIO station).

the ERT Paramteres. Each of the 4 ERT 854 10 input function block can be configured with a different functionality (e.g. counters or inputs with our without event recording).

the connection of the reference voltage for each input group.

the Process Peripherials Connection.

the connection of an external time receiver.
Mounting Position in the Rack
Insert the module in any I/O slot on the Quantum and screw it to the rack. The module must be screwed into position to ensure correct operation (EMC).
