Connecting to the Home Page

Navigating the pages of the embedded web server begins by connecting to the Home page.

To connect to the Home page:

Connect a PC with an Internet browser to the processor. If the processor is an:

  • 171 CBU 78090: Connect the PC to the USB port.

  • 171 CBU 98090 or 171 CBU 98091: Connect the PC to either the USB port or the Ethernet port.

Open an Internet browser on the PC.

  • If your PC is connected to the Ethernet port:

    NOTE: Use a PC that has been assigned an IP address with the same network address component as the IP address of the processor.

  • If your PC is connected to the USB port:

    • Type 90.0.0.1 as the URL.

Press Enter on your keyboard. The Home page opens in your browser.
