The print preview mode enables you to check the contents of a document before actually printing it.
Activating the Print Preview Mode
To activate the print preview mode, proceed as follows:

Stop the recording using the Stop button on the Recording tool bar. All the printing functions only work if the Trending Tool document is closed.

Use the Print preview command from the Services menu to run the preview mode. This command opens a window displaying the recording in a format similar to that used by the printer.

Scroll through the preview using the buttons on the tool bar located at the top of the window and print the document by clicking on the Print... button, or exit this mode by clicking on the Close button.
Previewing the Functions of the Tool Bar
The preview functions are all shown on the tool bar. This tool bar contains the following commands:
Print
Open the printing properties dialog box to print a document.
Next
Display the next page of the document. This button is gray toned if the last page of the document is displayed.
Previous
Display the following page of the document. This button is gray toned if the first page of the document is displayed.
One page / Two pages
Switch between a one-page display mode and a two-page display mode.
Zoom in
Enlarge the size of the page displayed. The Trending Tool preview features three zoom levels.
Zoom out
Reduce the size of the page displayed.
Close
Close the print preview mode.
