Calculation of the Position Value
Using an incremental or absolute position encoder, the module calculates:
All the operations performed in the module are based on the angular value. The number of turns may be taken into account in the sequential program.

  • SSi frame, any type of 8..25 bit format
  • transmission frequency determined automatically
  • reduction of resolution by 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32
NOTE: The cam module also takes parallel output absolute encoders (via Telefast ABE 7CPA11).
