This function responds to the needs of speedy maintenance.
Forced calibration allows calibration values from a weighing module to be transferred to the CPU and vice versa.
NOTE: This action cannot be reversed. Once the transfer has occurred, it is not possible to cancel the command.
NOTE: This function is accessible in online mode only, with the PLC in Run.
NOTE: After an application is transferred to the CPU, the calibration values are reset. The values are transferred from the module to the CPU.
Transferring the CPU to the weighing module is authorized after the CPU has the requisite calibration parameters for the desired slot.
Transferring the weighing module to the CPU requires the module to be calibrated (but not through a forced calibration).

Switch the rack on.

Access the calibration screen:

Select Configuration.

Click the module's slot.

Select the Calibration tab.

In the Forced Calibration field, click either CPU -->Module or Module -->CPU, according to the desired transfer direction.

NOTE: The procedure is not enabled unless the transfer is performed correctly. If the transfer is incorrect, click the Cancel button in the Forced Calibration field.
