Weighing Module LED Diagnostics

Introduction

The weighing module is fitted with LEDs, which display the status of the module and the status of the channels. We distinguish between the:

Description

Three LEDs located on the display panel of each module indicate the operational status of the module (LED on, flashing and off):

The green LED RUN indicates the module’s operational status.
The red LED ERR indicates a detected internal error in the module or a detected error between the module and the rest of the configuration.
The red LED I/O indicates a detected external error.

The various possible detected errors are grouped in the following table:

ERR (red)	Detected internal error, module inoperative	Detected communication error, missing or invalid application or detected error in application	No detected internal error
I/O (red)	Detected external errors: overload or underload during calibration range overshoot measurement configuration refused by module	No connection to the weighing sensors.	No detected external error
CH0		Module has not been calibrated (new module) or is performing a forced calibration. NOTE: None of the other channels have status LEDs.
