Trending Tool processes dates in standard format (hours : minutes : seconds , milliseconds) or in mechanical format (hours : minutes : hundredths of minutes).
To switch between the two modes at any time, proceed as follows:

Action

Use the Mechanical mode command from the contextual menu. An annotation is displayed by this command when the mechanical mode is active.

Move the mouse pointer onto the trend diagram's dating scale and right-click. This causes a context-sensitive menu to open. Use the Mechanical mode command from this menu to switch between the two display modes.

Press F2 to switch between the two modes instantly.
