ADR: reflects the ETY’s position in slot 2.

CODE: reflects the value of the REQUEST_CODE.

EMIS: contains the IP parameters in Data_to_Send:

GEST: reflects Management_Param (management parameters).
You have to assign a time to the third word of Management_Param. The fourth word should have the INT value 18.
