Introduction
SNTP Service Diagnostics
This table describes the SNTP parameters for service diagnostics:
Parameter |
Description |
---|---|
: The correctly configured service is running. |
: The service is disabled. |
: The status of the service is not known. |
: A primary server polls a client time server for the current time. |
: A secondary server polls a client time server for the current time. |
This field shows the current date in the selected time zone. |
green: The server is connected and running. |
red: A server error is detected. |
gray: The status of the server is not known. |
: DST (daylight saving time) is configured and running. |
: DST is disabled. |
: The DST status is not known. |
This field shows the time of day. |
This field shows the time zone for the module. |
Clock Service Diagnostics
This table describes the clock parameters for service diagnostics:

Data Logging Service Diagnostics
This table describes the data logging parameters for service diagnostics:
Parameter |
Description |
---|---|
SERVICE STATUS |
Enabled: The data logging service is enabled. |
Working properly: The data logging service is enabled and runs normally. |
Disabled: The data logging service is not enabled. |
Not Configured: The data logging service is not configured. |
At Least One Connection is Bad: A bad hardware connection stops the data logging service. |
Enabled (On): The data logging service is enabled. |
Enabled (Off): The data logging service is disabled. |
SD CARD STATUS |
Card is Present: The SD card is present in the module and available for data logging functions. |
Low Space Alarm: The free-space rate of the SD card is less than 20 percent. |
Card is Busy: The SD card is busy. |
Card is Missing: The SD card is not available. |
SD FREE SPACE |
This is the amount of available space in KB on the SD card. |
The data logging table contains these columns:
Column |
Description |
---|---|
Table Name |
This column shows the names of the created tables.
NOTE: The name
of the table is generated by the Modbus response.
Table Status |
Enabled: The table is enabled. |
Disabled: The table is disabled. |
Backup Count (SD Card) |
When this number of incremental backups is reached, new data overwrites old data on the SD card. |
Record Count |
This value represents the number of records that contribute the result. |
Last Log Status |
Success: No errors were detected for the last execution of the data logging service. |
No Memory Space: The available memory was not sufficient to execute the data logging service. |
Variable Not Available: The data logging service requires a variable that is not available. |
Table Full: The logging function wraps when the table reaches the capacity indicated by this value. |
System Error: The detection of a system error blocked the execution of the data logging service. |
Last Backup Status |
Success: No errors were detected during the last backup of data logging files. |
No Compatible SD Card: The SD card is not compatible with the data logging backup. |
File System Error: The detection of a file system error blocked the execution of the backup. |
Not Enough Space on SD Card: The available memory on the SD card was not sufficient to execute the backup. |
SD Card Busy: The SD card is locked or write protected. |
System Error: The backup was not possible owing to the detection of a processing error. |
Last Successful Backup |
This column shows the date and time of the last successful backup of the data log file. |
SNMP Service Diagnostics
This table shows the possible states for SNMP service diagnostics:
Parameter |
Description |
---|---|
SERVICE STATUS | working properly: The SNMP agent is enabled for network services and running properly. |
disabled: The SNMP agent is disabled for network services. | |
not configured: The version configured in the DTM is a mismatch for the version in the web configuration. | |
SNMP VERSION | V1: Select version 1 (SNMPv1). |
V3: Select version 3 (SNMPv3). |
Unknown: The SNMP version is not known. |
DIAGNOSTIC | Packets In: This value represents the number of received SNMP packets. |
Packets Out: This value represents the number of sent SNMP packets. |
Bad Versions In: This value represents the number of received SNMP packets from an unsupported SNMP version. |
USM Stats - Unknown User Names (SNMPv3 only): This value represents the number of packets for which the SNMPv3 function is polled by a user that is not recognized according to the user-based security model (USM). |
USM Stats - Wrong Digests (SNMPv3 only): This value represents the number of packets for which the SNMPv3 polling function uses the wrong password or digest algorithm, according to the user-based security model (USM). |
USM - Unknown Security Models (SNMPv3 only): This value represents the number of SNMP packets that are requested from an unknown security level, according to the user-based security model (USM). |
